Two crème honeys: Prairie Flower and Star Thistle — both raw wildflower honeys, but with distinct personalities. Prairie Flower is delicate, lightly floral, seasonal — the most direct expression of Black Barn terroir. Star Thistle is more robust, with a genuine cinnamon-spice character, almond aromatics, and a richer, more persistent finish.

Two clear raw honeys: Black Locust and Basswood — the varietal benchmarks. Black Locust is light in color, silky, and vanilla-touched with extraordinary delicacy. Basswood is amber, herbal, and full-bodied with a faint minty lift. Side by side, they demonstrate how dramatically a flower source shapes honey flavor.
